Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and connectivity issues promptly

• Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management

• Support internal users on IT-related matters

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
